1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using webwayfinders.com ("the website") or engaging Web Way Finders ("we", "us", "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or engage our services.

2. Services

Web Way Finders provides the following services:

• Website Design & Development
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Social Media Management & Brand Identity

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal provided before work commences.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Supply required content, images, and assets within agreed timelines
• Provide timely feedback and approvals at project milestones
• Ensure all materials you provide are owned by you or properly licensed
• Pay invoices within the agreed payment terms

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Generally, a deposit of 50% is required before work commences, with the balance due upon project completion. For monthly retainer services, invoices are raised at the beginning of each month. Late payments may result in a pause of services.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all fees:

• All custom design and development work created specifically for you becomes your property
• Any third-party tools, plugins, or frameworks used remain under their respective licences
• We retain the right to display the completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing

6. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed at our standard hourly rate. Significant changes to the project scope after commencement may require a revised proposal and timeline.

7. SEO Results Disclaimer

While we use proven SEO strategies and best practices, we cannot guarantee specific rankings or positions on search engines, as these are determined by third-party algorithms outside our control. We commit to transparent, white-hat methods and regular reporting on progress.

8. Limitation of Liability

Web Way Finders' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date. Work completed and paid for will be delivered to you in full.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
