Yes. For website projects, we typically structure payments in two or three instalments — a portion upfront to begin, the rest on milestone completion. For ongoing services like SEO and social media, monthly billing applies. We understand cash flow is real for small businesses, and we will work with you on a structure that makes sense.

After your website is built, you will have ongoing costs for hosting and your domain (which you own and control) — we will guide you on the best options and what they cost. We will need some input from you — details about your business, your services, and what makes you different. But you do not need to be a writer. We handle copy for most projects or help shape what you give us. For photos, we either use high-quality licensed images or work with what you have. If professional photography is worth doing, we will say so honestly.
